About the Apex arts league

Whatever arts you use, promote or enjoy, the Apex Arts League is here for you. We are dedicated to actively advancing arts, artists and arts education while promoting the concept and reality of a regional home for the arts in our area.

Where is the Apex? We’ve derived our unique “Apex” name as a descriptor of where we are focusing our efforts within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex of North Central Texas. “The Apex of the Metroplex” is self-identified as the area north of the center line of Dallas and Fort Worth.  This is where The Apex Arts League volunteers are organizing to bring more quality arts opportunities closer to home.

Our Mission

To enhance appreciation, provide access, and promote participation in the arts in our community – the Apex of the D/FW Metroplex – through partnership with leading arts and civic organizations.

Our Vision

To provide quality cultural, civic, and educational programs, cultivating a vibrant home for the arts, and supporting development of a regional center for the arts.

A HOME FOR THE ARTS

The vision of the Apex Arts League includes a commitment to enhance our community by establishing a home for the arts in our area.

We have considered several options for establishing a center for the arts; a building to meet the needs of our community.  As this important process continues, we will continue to offer support and consultative expertise regarding any facility options that may arise.

The ongoing and dominant focus of Apex involves establishing a vibrant, high-quality and enriching home for the arts. We remain committed to presenting professional arts performances and events, providing unique arts education opportunities, and promoting the arts through our partnerships in the community.

We are extremely appreciative of White’s Chapel United Methodist Church, Carroll Independent School District, the City of Southlake, Southlake Town Square, Watermere and the First Methodist Church of Grapevine for sharing their facilities with us and enabling us to present a variety of exciting, innovative, and quality programming to NE Tarrant County.

We look forward to continuing these partnerships and exploring new options for venues as we bring the arts closer to home.
